  Purchased two office chairs. Asked Dave for a little assistance and he was there to help within a couple of minutes and helped us through even when loading the car. He well informed and told us of the warranty options and benefits....though we chose not to get it , he was respectful of our decision. Great experience over all

  Staples currently has a printer trade in program going on and it is advertised on their website. I went in with a printer to exchange it and was told it was only valid on Epson printers even though the website said it was valid for multiple printer brands including the one I wanted. They would not honor what their own website said.

  Great customer service from Sarah in Staples Copy & Print Center. I had an odd-shaped package to send and she helped make it easy and cost effective. As we worked on this together she still managed to help other customers without extending my time in the store. Probably best Staples experience I've had, which is saying a lot since I've had plenty of positive ones over the years.
